A new window will pop up. Select the icon you want to change (e.g., "Recycle Bin (full)").

In the Personalization menu, click on Themes (Windows 11) or Themes in the left sidebar (Windows 10). change icon desktop

Browse through the default Windows icons, or click Browse to use your own .ico file. (Note: You cannot use JPEG or PNG images directly—they must be in .ico format. Use a free online converter to change your image to an icon file.) A new window will pop up
