1. Overview & Mission ECAP Colombia is a social and technical education initiative operating primarily in marginalized urban and rural areas of Colombia. Its core mission is to provide free or low-cost vocational training, life skills development, and employability pathways for at-risk youth, displaced populations, low-income adults, and victims of armed conflict.

After you have installed the plugin, open Microsoft Word and click File from the menu bar at the top.
Click on Options from the left panel. From the dialog box select Add-ins on the left and select BI Publisher Template Builder for Word from the Add-ins list.
Click OK.
