While the idea of playing GTA V on a 10-year-old office PC is tempting, "GTA V Lite" is a minefield of broken files, missing missions, and potential ransomware.

If you have a laptop with an Intel Celeron, 4GB of RAM, and integrated graphics, a "Lite" version might boot up and give you (frames per second). It will be playable in the sense that you can drive around an empty Los Santos.

Save up for a used GTX 1050 or a cheap laptop with Ryzen 3 APU. Even a $50 used graphics card will run the official GTA V at 60 FPS on low settings.
