Open a web browser and go to https://driverpack.io or https://devid.info (or Google). Paste the Hardware ID into the search bar.
Go to the Details tab.
In Device Manager, right-click the problematic audio device and select Properties .
Select the correct model from the list. Click Next > Install.
Click Have Disk .
In the confirmation dialog, check the box that says "Delete the driver software for this device" (if available). Click Uninstall .
