The genius of Struggle Simulator is that it gamifies mundane misery. Trying to get a bus to work is a stealth mission (avoid the pickpockets, don’t make eye contact with the street preacher). Eating a cold microwave burrito is a rhythm game where the beat is "regret." Here is where most people bounce off the game. It is hard . Not "Dark Souls" hard—that feels fair.
