I spent nearly two hours here and easily could have stayed longer. Great for all ages – kids will love the scale, and history buffs will appreciate the detail. The gift shop is also excellent, with tasteful, educational souvenirs.

Go early or late in the day to avoid the largest crowds. It’s on Djurgården, easy to reach by tram or ferry. vasamuseet
