Young Sheldon S03e08 M4p ~repack~ Guide

Missy walks by, eating a chimichanga. “Told you she was a sinner.” Sheldon: “No. She’s a strategist.”

Meemaw offers to give $200 to the church roof fund. Mary says $300. They settle on $250. Meemaw mutters: “Should’ve bought a chimichanga instead.” Sheldon gets a package in the mail. It’s a used laptop — not new, but upgraded. The card reads: “From Meemaw. Don’t tell your mother I spent $400. And don’t calculate the depreciation.” young sheldon s03e08 m4p

Mary and Meemaw stare at him. Then Meemaw laughs. Then Mary laughs. The tension breaks. Missy walks by, eating a chimichanga

They strike a deal: Missy gets $50 for silence. Missy asks if she can get it in cash, “because Mom checks my piggy bank.” George Sr. is fixing the lawnmower when Sheldon comes in, distraught. Sheldon explains that Missy has been bribed, Meemaw is hiding ill-gotten gains, and his mother is oblivious. George laughs. Sheldon: “This isn’t funny. This is a breakdown of moral order.” George: “Son, your Meemaw wins a little money, she wants to keep it. That’s not a sin, that’s smart.” Mary says $300

He recruits Missy as a spy, offering her a week’s worth of his dessert pudding. Missy agrees immediately. Missy sneaks into Meemaw’s house while she’s in the bathroom. She opens the fridge, finds the Chili’s box, and pulls out the lottery ticket. She stares at it. “One thousand five hundred dollars?!” Meemaw catches her.

She hides the ticket inside a Chimichanga from Chili's takeout box in the fridge. Genius hiding place — no one in the family eats her leftover chimichangas except her. Sheldon approaches his drama teacher, Mr. Lundy (returning guest star Jason Alexander), after class. He asks for advice on “moral dilemmas involving family deception.” Mr. Lundy, thinking it’s for a school play, enthusiastically launches into a monologue about Iago in Othello . Sheldon interrupts: “No, real life. My grandmother is lying about something.” Mr. Lundy pauses, then says: “Kid, sometimes the stage is safer than the dining table.”

Sheldon: “But greed is one of the seven deadly sins.” George: “So is sloth, but you’ve been in that chair for four hours doing math problems instead of taking out the trash.” Sheldon: “…Touché.” Mary volunteers at a church bake sale. Meemaw shows up with a box of store-bought cookies (passing them off as homemade). Mary is suspicious. Meemaw gets defensive. A loud argument erupts in front of Pastor Jeff. Meemaw finally blurts out: “Fine! I won $1,500 on a scratch-off, and I’m not giving a dime to the church roof fund!”
