Release both buttons when the ZTE logo or Android recovery menu appears.
Navigate to Wipe data/factory reset and select it.
Click Erase Device → Erase (confirm).
If prompted, enter your PIN, pattern, or password.
On a computer or another phone, go to android.com/find . zte blade a34 hard reset
Select the ZTE Blade A34 from the device list.
In recovery mode, use Volume Up/Down to navigate and the Power button to select. Release both buttons when the ZTE logo or
Log in with the same Google account as on the ZTE Blade A34.
