Once configured, it runs perfectly. Chrome Remote Desktop is lightweight, and Norton doesn’t slow down the remote connection noticeably. Even with background scans running, the latency is very low. Turn off "Silent Mode" in Norton while troubleshooting the connection, otherwise you won't see the pop-ups telling you it blocked the access.
